Availability
All items selected from our catalogs (online and in print) should be available for immediate shipping within North America. Mad By Design LLC does reserve the right to backorder items on occasion, while waiting for new inventory to be created. Our pieces are not made at a factory that produces 1000's of each of our styles and since they are made to order, some out of stock issues do arise. However, we do not charge our customers for backordered items until they ship and will offer alternatives when possible. |

Many of our products are entirely handmade, there may be slight variations in colors, sizes, styles and accents. Prices and product descriptions subject to change. We hold a large inventory, but from time to time we do have product still inproduction, so we will back order for up to 60 days for orders over $30 only unless you tell us otherwise. Minimum opening order is $200 and no minimum for re-orders in North America.Our catalog & website(s) contain images & designs of our products as best represented by Mad by Design LLC. Please be aware that digital images and/or web color may vary slightly from the actual fabric color on our designs. Please also be aware that slight variations on production of fabric cuts may also vary from the actual photograph you see in the catalog or on the website. Variations in colors, etc., are not considered a defect & are not eligible for return. However, the product may be exchanged under our 60 day retailer program. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. You may also apply for Terms with approved credit. Initial orders must be paid prior to shipping and unless you are an international customer or have a custom order, we do not processpayment until your order is ready to ship. For Terms, we use a factor company and payment is sent directly to them.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! We only exchange and/or give merchandise credits and these are valid for 90 days. Please never ship or return products to us without calling for an authorization number. Without one, restocking fees may be as high as 25%.We think we have great customer service!!!
