We will exchange any product purchase for any item that we currently have in inventory for up to 60 days from the date ofdelivery of your products. Never get caught with slow moving items again! No need for mark downs and discounts. Just call 1-877-MAD-2247 to initiate a return request and let us know what you would like instead, arrange your shipping and soon you will have new product in your store!Product no longer in our current printed catalog may not be exchanged. Product must be in 100% resellable condition toexchange. No more than 50% of the original order may be exchanged. Product must be packed and shipped for return with care. All damages and non-sellable pieces will be deducted from exchange credit. Customers pay shipping both ways. We strongly advise UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. Allow approximately 2 weeks for exchanges to be processed. All accounts must be current to qualify for exchange. No exchanges on sale or discount items.

For orders over $5,000.00, you may contact us for bank transfer information if you wish, however, it can be accepted by credit card as well.
